Sharon Kerr

Sharon Kerr fondly recalls spending the summer in the Hamptons. Whether riding at top level Horse Shows with Swan Creek Farms in Bridgehampton or sailing out of Dering Harbor on the family's classic wooden Olympic class sailboat, the beauty of the area drew her to move here permanently after graduating from Skidmore College with a degree in Art and Art Education to raise her family in the Hamptons. Sharon has always had her hand in Real Estate; building, buying and selling homes. Her knowledge of the area and the process of real estate as an investment or finding the perfect home assures her clients of the utmost in diligence, persistence and expertise.

Sharon has been at Corcoran for 10 years and joined Susan Breitenbach 4 years ago as an assistant and fellow broker and enjoys working with Susan and her incredibly vast network of customers, clients and friends who depend on Susan’s expertise when buying and selling on the east end. Sharon provides support in all areas of real estate transactions, from scheduling, marketing, and administrative assistance to showings and open houses.

Sharon has always given back to the community, as a Founding Member and past Trustee of Grace Presbyterian Church, and active in fundraising for many East End organizations. Sharon currently sits on the Board of Directors as Secretary of a private charitable fund that assists dozens of Southampton Community Outreach Organizations serving individuals in need on the East End.
